Chancel Choir, Handbell Choir, Skinner Pipe Organ, Yamaha Grand Piano and Schulmerich Handbells

The Chancel Choir practices and sings weekly during the choral season, for the Glory of God, striving for variety, excellence and positive musical Christian fellowship. The choir sings a range of appropriate musical anthems, choral introits, benedictions and hymns, accompanied by our delightful and fully-restored 1925 four-manual Skinner pipe organ. We are also proud of the recently acquired (September, 2015) brand new Yamaha acoustic C7X grand piano. Organ, choral, and instrumental concerts are sometimes held in the sanctuary. We have an active handbell choir that practices and plays regularly. This choir uses our three-octave chromatic set of Schulmerich handbells.

Early December brings the annual Sing-Along-Messiah concert, first taking place in 2000. This is a gift to the community, as well as a means to raise funds for Housing Forward (formerly, West Suburban PADS), which serves the homeless in our community. Please see
