You may wonder why is there a need for a church home. Here are some suggestions:

Church offers guidance. What we learn at church is a foundation for us to rely on and live by the rest of the week. We are reminded that we are not alone.  We have God and each other to do life with.

Church offers community. There are like minded people but also a diverse network. You can find friends, support and belonging in a group of people who are doing their best to love God and love people-- ALL people.

Church offers opportunities to improve our world.  The church is a community in itself, but we are a part of a larger community, locally, regionally, globally. That community where we work, raise our kids and live our lives is in need of prayer, committment and engagement. We take ourselves out of the church and into the community to spread God's love among our neighbors.  We also join our efforts with a larger network of churches to help our neighbors who may actually live miles away.
